Mom’s meals has Horrible Customer Service and policy. I was going to be out of town at the shipment date so I called to make sure they don’t ship….they shipped anyway. Once I tried to cancel from Fedex and return shipment, Mom’s meals told me that the food will be thrown away with no replacement. Incredibly wasteful and no good way of handling the fact that someone might not be able to get delivery that day….family emergency, etc. I have only been with them for two weeks and already I have cancelled them and would never go back and never recommend this company to anyone.
